Resolved

At 12:20pm PST on March 4, 2023, we identified an incident where Zaps using SMS by Zapier with a "From Number" of "+17147092474" were erroring due to the number being deactivated.

As of 1:45pm PST, the issue has been resolved -- all Zaps that were using the deactivated number are now using different, active, numbers.
