Monitoring

We are pleased to report that the issue affecting Zapier MCP connections for Claude.ai and other integrations has been resolved. Previously, users may have experienced difficulties establishing new OAuth connections or reconnecting existing ones. Our Engineering teams have now implemented a fix the way these connnections work internally. All Zapier connection functionalities have been restored, and users should now be able to connect successfully. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We will continue monitoring and post a final update within 24 hours. If anything seems off, contact Support by clicking above or go to: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue impacting Zapier MCP authentication. What's happening? Users attempting to create new Zapier MCP connections or re-authenticate existing ones may encounter authentication errors. Current Status: Our team is actively investigating the root cause. Temporary Workaround: Some users have reported success by clearing their browser cookies for the connection app itself (Claude.ai, ChatGPT, etc), Zapier.com, and actions.zapier.com, and then attempting to reconnect. Please note this may not resolve the issue for everyone. We apologize for any disruption this may cause and will provide updates as soon as more information is available.
