We reached out to one of our vendors and they confirmed there was an issue that partially affected the Community.

This has been resolved now so the Community should be fully operational now.

The Community should now be up and running for all users.

We've reached out to our vendor to discover more details about the issue, so we can prevent this from happening in the future.

Investigating

Some users may not be able to access the Community platform and get a 502 error.

We believe this may be related to issues we are seeing with one of our vendors. Our engineers are investigating the root cause and as soon as we have more information, we'll update you here.
