We are happy to confirm that errors have subsided since two hours ago, and all services involving AI tools should be working normally. This was an issue that affected AI-powered services. We identified that products such as AI by Zapier, Agents, Copilot and Canvas presented intermittent errors when calling AI tools. Typically, retrying the action will help resolve it. This can include, but was not limited to:

  • AI by Zapier steps intermittently errored in Zap runs or during testing. Some runs have been retried, and some are on hold for replay

  • Agent activities continued to execute, although some could have returned inaccurate results caused by knowledge sources erroring out

  • Canvas might not have correctly created assets (Zaps, Tables, Interfaces, etc), on a first attempt. Retrying the actions should resolve this issue

  • Copilot, across all products, was intermittently returning timeout or generic errors. Retrying the actions should resolve this issue
