Our team was able to resolve the error messages occurring in the background of Microsoft Outlook triggers and re-enabled any Zaps that had been turned off due to errors as of 20:20 UTC. If your Zap was disabled and turned back on, the Zap would not have triggered while turned off. Only new emails received or matching the search query for the trigger after the Zap was turned back on would trigger the Zap.
