Some users are unable to retrieve deleted Zaps from Trash.
Resolved

Resolved: Deleted Zaps from private folders are now recoverable We have resolved an issue that prevented some users from recovering deleted Zaps from private folders. What happened: A recent backend change prevented members of multi-user accounts from recovering these Zaps, although the data was not lost and remained in the trash for 30 days. Impact: This issue primarily affected members of multi-user accounts. While users could see deleted Zaps in their trash, they were unable to restore them. Resolution: Our engineering team identified the root cause and deployed a fix to production. Current Status: The issue is now resolved, and we are closely monitoring our systems. Investigating

After investigating, we've determined the issue is specifically with Zaps deleted from a private folder. Once the owner of the Zap deletes the Zap, actions cannot be taken to remove the Zap from the Trash if the user wishes to recover it.

Investigating

We are aware of an issue where deleted Zaps are not loading when attempting to access their Trash. This causes Zaps that were deleted to be unretrievable if they need to be recovered from Trash. All other Zap functionality is working as expected. Our Engineering team is working towards a fix but please reach out to our support team at http://zapier.com/app/contact-us if you're unable to retrieved deleted Zaps.
