Between 9/16 and 9/18, there was an issue with Zapier Agents that impacted the use of knowledge sources. During this time, knowledge source requests made by agents would fail. Our engineering team found this issue and released a fix on 9/18.We will be informing all affected users directly via email. If your agents were impacted, you can retry the failed runs by:Navigate to a run from the Activity pageSend a message in the chat asking your agent to 'try again'.
