We recently experienced a brief period of elevated error rates affecting our primary database, which resulted in some users seeing 500 errors in the user interface and delays in Zap runs. The issue began at approximately 21:20 UTC and lasted for less than a minute. Our engineering teams responded immediately and the error spike has since subsided.
We are continuing to investigate the root cause, which appears related to a recent application migration. All systems are currently operational, but we are monitoring closely for any further issues.
