We have resolved the incident affecting Chatbots and Interfaces frontends. Between 17:05 and 18:10 UTC on September 5th, users may have experienced errors when accessing chatbots or interfaces, including being redirected to login pages or seeing 'something went wrong' messages.

Service has now returned to normal, and all systems are fully operational.

We are currently investigating an issue where customers are seeing errors when trying to access Chatbots and Interfaces as we speak.

When trying to access your Chatbots dashboard on our system, or Interfaces, users may see a 500 error message and can not acces these directly.

Our engineering team is actively working to determine the root cause.

We will provide updates here as soon as we have more information or a resolution. We apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience while we work to restore normal service.
